Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations can be processed within 3 days of placing the orders, by writing to us on purequalitas@gmail.com . Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

Returns and Refund Policy
Purchases made from online store of www.purequalitas.com cannot be returned after opening the sealed packets. In case of  damaged product delivery, return can be done only by submitting the opening video to our WhatsApp number. Cash on Delivery orders are non refundable.  Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.
